How does it work?

We believe to get the most from your training, we need to know who you are first.

Step 1: Complete consultation to understand you, your goals, prior experience and any medical considerations is the first step.

Step 2: Using the information from you consultation,  we carefully select the right trainer, and have them prepare an initial session based on you and your needs.

Step 3: We confirm the initial session with you and work with you after your session to settle on the right training package.

Step 4: From there it is easy to book your sessions through the app.

We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions.

These can be purchased in increments of 1 or 10 and used anytime.

For those who are more serious about using a trainer, we offer training memberships. Train 8 or more (60 min sessions) times per month - and the membership fees are waived.  If training is for you - Fitness on Broughton is the best place to train.
