How do I sign up for a class?
Our group exercise classes do not require registration. All you need to do is show up ready to work.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are downtown Savannah's most complete gym. Offering an open gym floor with free weights up to 100lbs, resistance machines for every body part, a group exercise program, hotel quality towels, Sauna and Steam room all included with your membership. One on One personal training is also available.
What refreshments / drinks are available?
We have a filtered water fountain on the gym floor as well as bottled water and energy drink for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

We are a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
